This Cookie Policy explains how Atmospherik Inc. ("Atmospherik," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website atmospherik.ai, atmospherik.io, and related domains ("Website") and the choices you have.

Short version: as of the effective date of this Policy, the Website sets no cookies other than a record of your banner choice, runs no advertising tags, pixels, session-replay tools, chat widgets, or A/B testing tools, and uses a first-party, cookieless analytics service that does not load until you accept it.

You can change your choice at any time — not only on your first visit — through the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the persistent footer on every page of atmospherik.ai. Withdrawing or narrowing consent is as easy as granting it. We record the date and scope of every consent change; withdrawal is not retroactive.

Cookies are small data files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. "Similar technologies" include local-storage entries, pixels, and scripts that can identify a browser or device or record how it is used. Cookies set by us are "first-party" and cookies set by other parties are "third-party."

Our banner asks you to Accept or Reject analytics, with equal prominence given to each choice. The technologies in use fall into two categories:

A. Strictly Necessary

• Description: Required for the Website to function and to honor your choices; cannot be switched off.
• What it is: A record of your banner choice (Accept or Reject), stored in your browser so we do not ask you again, and the standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested page) that our hosting provider keeps to operate and secure the site.
• Retention: The banner-choice record is kept for up to 13 months; server logs are kept for the period stated for security logs in the Privacy Policy retention table.

B. Analytics

• Description: Aggregated statistics about how the Website is used — pages viewed, referring sites, and campaign parameters — collected by a first-party analytics service that anonymizes your IP address and sets no cookies or cross-site identifiers.
• Provider: InnoCraft Ltd (Matomo Cloud), hosted in the European Union. See atmospherik.ai/subprocessors.
• When it runs: Only after you choose "Accept." If you choose "Reject," or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it does not load.
• Retention: Up to 13 months.

We do not currently use advertising, targeting, or retargeting technologies, session-replay tools, chat widgets, A/B testing tools, or any third-party analytics other than the service named above. No data collected through the Website is provided to advertising networks or data brokers.

If we add any such technology, we will update this Policy and the Privacy Policy before it loads, list the provider at atmospherik.ai/subprocessors, obtain any consent that applicable law requires, and make the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" opt-out and Global Privacy Control effective against it.

You can:

• Change your banner choice at any time through "Your Privacy Choices" in the persistent footer on every page of atmospherik.ai.
• Send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser. We honor GPC site-wide as a valid opt-out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising; because the Website does none of those things today, a GPC signal currently has the same effect as choosing "Reject."
• Block cookies and local storage in your browser settings (note: this may prevent us from remembering your choice).

• Banner-choice record: up to 13 months, unless you clear it earlier.
• Analytics data: up to 13 months.

We may update this Cookie Policy periodically to reflect changes in technology, law, or our practices. Updates will be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date.
